Gamebadges has updated the Competence Map. With the update, the Map now has a new interactive feature, and it supports sharing badges.
New interactive feature
New interactive feature allows user to see the connections between different competences – how one competence can be part of many different skillsets. It shows how vast is the game ecosystem with different roles and skills.

Update supporting sharing the badges
Thanks to the user feedback, which hinted us that it would be great to be able to link just a specific competence or skillset, with this update we brought this possibility to the map. Each competence, skillset and category now have their own links for easier sharing.
When clicking the competence, skillset or category, the address in the browser address bar is the link to that specific competence, skillset of category. There’s also a button for sharing in the bottom right corner, and clicking that copies the link for you for easy sharing.
Other updates
With the export, we brought in the possibility for users to download the map as a high resolution image. With the downloaded map it is possible to highlight specific skillsets and categories by selecting them before downloading. This feature is available on Map Overview subpage, with image icon in bottom right corner.
We also added a new feedback form – user feedback is valuable for us, and we hope this update makes it even easier to provide feedback. The updated feedback form let’s you share feedback on specific badges in a structured way, with a handy preview of the badge content all in one place.
